I wish I knew where my "relax button" was located... or how to push it. LOL I should have married a massage therapist! Maybe I still can talk my husband into learning.
Today has been a very achey sore day, but I made it to the pool anyway. I was able to work out for 45 minutes and even felt fatigued by the time I was done. I was so proud of myself, because I even went by myself, and I never do much of anything alone anymore.
When I got home I did some light cleaning through out the day with many breaks, and manage to get the house looking halfway descent again. YAY! I can't stand it when things are too dirty around here, but I'm always paying for it if I try to keep up on things like I use to.
I ate a Wendy's Berry Almond Chicken Salad, frosty and for dinner I had goulash. I almost forgot that this morning the hubs surprised me with Mickey D's breakfast... so I guess I had a few carbs and a lot of fat today. Oops.
- Neck, shoulders, arms, wrists, hands, all very achey and I have the 'permashrug' going on. Pain Levels 6
- Legs, feet, hips, (i'm guessing I over did my work out and was on my feet too much cleaning) pain levels 8
- lower back pain level 5 and rising
- Face and Head pain level 3
It's really hard to "hear" where my pain is right now because it's very "loud" in my feet and legs and butt/hip area. . . at least i got to go to the pool today and the house looks clean.
The weather has been nuts lately,... it's been super hot and muggy and it rained all day long.
Hopefully I will be able to fall asleep early tonight, since I'm very tired, and wake up tomorrow feeling fantastic!
